Hosting Support
The best way to get the quickest support is by emailing us - we aim to answer every support request as sooon as we can usually within minutes, at a maximum within hours. There are aspects we can not provide too much support on - such as debugging .net applications, but we do aim to give the best support we can.
Note - in an attempt to give continuity to support, we will usually ask one person to handle one problem end to end, usually using their own email address - most people working with us work on multiple projects, frequently taking them out of the office - please copy in the main support email address when replying.
We are developing FAQs, these will be based on common questions, a forum is also available for peer to peer support.
