Spam / email marketing

We have a strong belief in web ethics, we will not host sites that are involved in spam in any way. We understand that email marketing is a very powerful tool, some of our clients send customer newsletters, this is generally acceptable as long as it is easy to opt out and done with the permission of the customer.

Adult / Gambling

Unfortunately due to a "knock on" effect we do not permit clients to post anything that would be considered pornographic. Gambling must conform to all laws on licenseing

mp3 / video / audio files / software

Whilst we try and support anything that our clients need - posting pirated copies of music (even from your own collection) for download is illegal. Please do not treat hosting as an illegal file sharing

Virus / Trojans / Spyware /

For ethical reasons, please do not particpate in any activity that spreads software with a malicious edge.

Respectful programming / development

Forums, community tools etc... please try and test locally, in a shared environment poor programming can have an effect on other peoples services.

We try and offer the most competitive hosting we can - we believe in participation in the WWW as being contributory.

We reserve the right to suspend and ultimate terminate hosting for violation of the above services. This is a last resort one we try and avoid.
